At this point, the pool still has water in it. The PoolPak is shut down, but may need extensive repairs. The pump runs only when needed. The city has repaired the heaters in the building so the pipes won’t freeze.
It has been determined that the pool can operate without the PoolPak during the warmer months with the bay doors open. When the pool is operational, the pump only needs to run when there are people in the pool. These energy saving procedures should greatly reduce the operating costs of the pool.
